After looking around for a pop-up image, I came across a YouTube video that seemed to fit my needs

After I finished watching it, I headed over to Divilife and started to investigate the Divi Overlays plugin.

I knew the Divi Overlays plugin by Divilife would work, but I quickly found myself looking at the other plugins like the Divi Bars and Divi Mega Pro

Then I discovered the All Access Pass

This is what I would end up getting. You can choose annual or lifetime membership and this gives you access to the main plugins above while also giving you access to Child Themes and Landing Page Layouts which will save you some money in the long run.

So the  All Access Pass is the way to go!
